One palapa at the front of the property and the other palapa, is adjacent to the house. The Palapa outside of the house has two ceiling fans, ample patio furniture, and sink with a large tile counter top. There is also an outside barbecue and oven. Grounds are beautifully landscaped. Also there is an underground 1,000-gallon water tank with a pump system to maintain constant water pressure. |

one double bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. Living
room has dining area and bar. There is a second story loft that is
equipped with a gym. Living area of the home has a 5 ton central air conditioning unit and each bedroom has a 1 1/2 ton wall unit. There is a television and VCR in the living room with satellite TV. Kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, microwave oven, toaster, blender and more. There is a laundry facility in the kitchen. Home and grounds were remodeled in 2000 and the guesthouse was built in the summer of 2000. Wonderful opportunity to enjoy one of Baja's most beautiful and charming towns, along with some of the best sport fishing in Mexico.
